Crédit Agricole and Public Liability Insurance by Assurance Generali France. VLC's standards
are thus recognised, regulated and guaranteed.
2. HOW TO BOOK: book

. Reservations made will be held for 7 days
pending receipt of reservation form and your deposit (25% of the total or
the whole amount if it is less than 6 weeks before your departure). The reservation
form is incomplete and we conclude no contract before we have received your
payment. An invoice/confirmation of booking will be sent, or emailed, on receipt of your
form and will be considered as confirmation of your booking. Payment of the
balance is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. On receipt of your balance
you will be sent, or emailed, documentation for your holiday home.
3a. RESERVATION
COSTS AND AMENDMENTS The prices of rentals are established according to economic
conditions, and we reserve the right to modify them, and to make promotions
at any time. The special offers are not valid for confirmed bookings. Any
change of dates or rental on the customer's request must be made in writing,
and will entail cancellation expenses as per the chart below (§ 3b.).By exception
and only at the discretion of voyages Lissa Carr can changes be made free
of charge. Any other change entailing the establishment of a new holiday voucher
(e.g. addition or withdrawal of services, modification of the number of persons),
will be charged 10 € amendment fee.
3b. CANCELLATIONS are acceptable
only if received in writing from the person who signed the original booking
form. Charges will be applied as follows :

4. DAMAGE. All damage and breakages will be charged to clients. Our local
office must be notified of any damage so that repairs can be carried out as
quickly as possible. A deposit cheque (or by credit card) of the equivalent
of € 250 must be received together with the balance of the rental. The
cheque/credit card will not be cashed by us but held as security. It will
be destroyed 14 days after the client's departure (except in cases requiring
payment for damages or cleaning). The client
must also have personal relevant insurance covering any possible major material
damage to the rented property.
5. CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY. Tents
and caravans are not allowed on the properties. The shown number of occupants
is contractual and in no circumstances to be exceeded. The client is obliged
to clean the property at the end of the rented period; alternatively cleaning
may be ordered. (Please see pricelist).
6. ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION
BY US. We will make every effort to satisfy our clients' requirements, but
the right is reserved to cancel, alter or withdraw any holiday arrangement
where circumstances make this necessary. In the event of a cancellation we
will offer a comparable substitute property or a full refund of monies paid.
7. LIABILITIES. We do not accept
liability for death, personal injury, loss, damage or inconvenience including
that in connection with sudden electricity cuts, water cuts, burst pipes,
blocked drains; nor for the arrival in or around the rented property of animals
and insects (e.g. bees, wasps, ants). Nor do we accept liability for breakdowns
at the property, including heaters, pumps and swimming pool equipment, (please
notify immediately our office or local agent). If during the course of the
holiday the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction, our local
office must be contacted without delay. We refuse to deal with any complaint
which has not been reported to our local office at the time, as we will not
have been given the opportunity to rectify matters immediately. Any complaint
which have not been satisfactorily settled with the local office must be sent
to us in writing no later than 4 weeks after your departure. Please note that
we do not guarantee that domestic appliances (washing machines, dishwashers,
TV sets, microwawe ovens) will be in good working order as this depends on
the previous vacationer's use. Also it may happen that some machines visible
on the pictures will not be available to clients at the time of rental. For the proportions of the properties please see the
floor plans. The owners reserve the right to make changes to equipment and
furniture.
8. PLEASE NOTE. Development in tourist
areas is common and sometimes adversely affects the environment. Certain seasons
can be dry and this may result in the curtailment of water supplies. No responsibility
can be accepted for the breakdown of public services, including water and
electricity. Distances are quoted in good faith and accurate to the best of
our belief, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Those to beaches are
by the most direct route on foot.
9. INSURANCE. We can offer all
residents of Western Europe Cancellation and Travel Insurance with Europ Assistance
(Convention 53 863 642). The details concerning the allowances will be sent
to you with your invoice/confirmation. A resumé of the cover as follows
:
1) Cancellation for serious medical reasons or redundancy.
The insurance takes effect on the day of reservation and ends the day of departure.
The cancellation charges are covered in total. (See
§3).
2) Medical assistance : hospital and medical expenses
up to € 5 335, penal deposit up to € 6 098, repatriation and transfer
to hospital. Children under the age of 15 will be cared for. There is a €
20 charge for each medical claim.
Cost of insurance : € 12,60 per adult per week
rented, with a minimum 5% of the total rental. Free for children under 16
who are accompanied by adults.
10. PRIVACY POLICY. Voyages Lissa Carr
is committed to comply with the existing legislation on the automatic treatments
of data, especially with regard to the Law "Informatiques et Libertés"
article 34, on Personal Data Protection. We would also like to inform you
that you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase or contest the
data by writting to : Voyages Lissa Carr sarl, Florimont, route de Périgueux,

11. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the court
of Agen, France .
